“Shrewd yet sentimental, this Sinner is very cordial, so you should have no trouble getting her to follow your command.
She claims to be the foster daughter of an esteemed scientist and is therefore always willing to learn new things, which should be a valuable asset to you.
However, take care not to make improper comments on this Sinner's haphazard, stitched appearance, as she can be prone to emotional (and very brutal) outbursts.”
- [Confidential] LCB Employee File
A Limbus Company Sinner claiming to be the foster child of Viktor Frankenstein. Was given the nickname “Frankie"/"Fran" by Rodion.
Born during an incident at R Corp.'s incinerators and shunned by her own creator afterwards, Frankie turned to physiology to make sense of her own existence.
She is curiosity incarnate, believing that is how “distinguished” scholars should act.
Particulars:
Frankie is obsessed with the idea of “affection”, seeing herself as both unlovable and unable to love others due to being non-human, or rather, due to Viktor's disgust at her existence.
Has a very warped concept of human relationships, subconsciously unable to comprehend if she sees Viktor as an estranged mother figure, an old friend, or an ex-lover.
Not knowing if she is "really herself", as she puts it, due to being an amalgamation of various clones,
Frankie doesn't like when people negatively comment on her appearance and is prone to violent outbursts when they do.

Backstory:
Before the current story, Dr. Viktor Frankenstein was a researcher at R Corp. hired to improve their Hatcheries with her scientific knowledge.
Hitting a wall in her research, Viktor strikes a deal with K Corp. to infuse their HP Ampoules into the clones, hoping to make them more efficient in combat.
This experiment ultimately failed as the rampant healing that the clones were subjected to had turned them into horrific abominations instead.
R Corp. forces Viktor Frankenstein and her team to discard the clones in an incinerator to hide all evidence of her failure.
However, during the incineration, pieces of the clones start to heal and conjoin together, reforming into Frankie.
Horrified at witnessing her “birth”, Viktor flees the scene and returns the next day,
only for Frankie to escape the laboratory, now finding herself in the Backstreets.
Fully aware of her horrifying amalgamated appearance, Frankie kept to herself in the Backstreets of R Corp.'s District,
surviving off the garbage and loot of corpses that littered its alleys, in her own words, “much like a Sweeper”.
Her only cherished belongings were her mother Viktor's journal and a ribbon Viktor had placed on Frankie's original clone to signal her out from the others.
Frankie learned how to act, talk, and even remold her body to appear human using this journal and intervals where she observed them.
One day, Frankie had attempted to converse with one of the humans she so frequently studied,
a blind woman who was more than happy to have the strange girl as a conversational partner.
This joyous moment was short-lived, as the blind woman's family soon returned home and attacked Frankie out of fear,
forcing her to kill them all in self-defense.
Aimlessly wandering the Backstreets in bloody clothes, a distraught Frankie is discovered by Faust, who recruits her as a Sinner for Limbus Company.
Has stitches around her face (forms a cross-like shape), neck, arms, legs, and torso.
The brown ribbon she wears on her collar was a gift from Viktor. As such, she never takes it off, even in the Mirror Worlds.
Frankie's version of the Limbus Company uniform is a midi/knee-length trench coat that flows like a dress.
The trench coat is tied around the waist with a red sash that her Company ID is clipped to.
She is also wearing pants and knee-high boots underneath. Wears brown leather gloves as well.
Her blood and tears are green as a result of Viktor's experiments in R Corp. using K Corp.'s Healing Ampules.
After signing a contract with Dante, her self-healing ability was significantly weakened.
Doesn't care about fashion all that much. She usually wears long coats or non form-fitting clothes.

✦ ✦ ✦
Viktor Frakenstein
An esteemed scientist at R Corp., and Frankie's creator.
Elizabeth
A scientist at R Corp., and a childhood friend of Viktor Frankenstein.
Dante
Frankie treats them like a porcelain vase fit to break, much to Dante's annoyance.
She's curious about Dante's head and frequently pesters them to let her study it.
Yi Sang
Herr Yi Sang's scientific prowess is admirable, but his verbosity is truly something else.
It's a shame that most cannot appreciate it.
Faust
It is hard to dispute Frau Faust's claims of being a genius.
It's quite strange, but she somewhat reminds me of-… O-oh, never mind.
Don Quixote
Her enthusiasm can be exhausting, but I like her honesty.
She never noticed that my broken arm had already healed back when she rushed over to protect me that one time.
Don't look at me like that. I took a fatal blow for her as repayment for my trickery.
Ryoshu
Frau Ryoshu asked me who was the “artisan” that created my stitches,
but I'm afraid she'll one day get tired of my deflections and try to tear me apart out of curiosity.
Meursault
Herr Meursault is… strange. But who am I to judge? I'm just thankful he's so easy to deal with.
Hong Lu
He once said I reminded him of an old doll, but that it made me all the more valuable.
I was so stunned at his boldness that I didn't even have time to choose whether to be flattered or offended.
Heathcliff
I know he acts unapproachable, but everyone has a soft underbelly. Having someone you love more than anything... I'm envious.
Ishmael
Frau Ishmael's orderliness is something I greatly appreciate, especially with how… *ahem* rowdy this bus can get.
name
Frau Rodion was the one who gave me that nickname, and in return, I call her “Rodya” and try not to be too formal with her.
I r-really admire her free spirit, but sometimes, it feels like there's a somber part of her lurking underneath.
Sinclair
Truthfully, I thought Herr Sinclair was spoiled at first, but he's surprisingly strong-willed.
I like looking after him, though. After all, even someone like me can be capable of affection, right?
Outis
Frau Outis has a lot of combat knowledge, so I like listening to her long-winded lectures.
Wisdom can be found anywhere, right?
Gregor
That arm of Herr Gregor's is so intriguing! Oh I wish I could pick the brains of the G Corp. scientists who performed the operation.
D-don't look at me like that. Maybe I could have found a way to reverse it?
