Welcome to the House of Spiders
This is a Shrine dedicated to the starring Faction of "Canto IX: The Unsevering".
Released on December 31st, 2025 in three Parts, Canto IX follows Ryoshu's attempt to rescue her daughter Araya from the clutches of their family: The House of Spiders, after they invade Limbus Company's HQ.
Throughout the releases of the three Parts of Canto IX, I had many different emotions & thoughts about the story that I had to reread several scenes just to truly absorb it. But ultimately, I ended up falling deeply in love with this fucked-up group, and can confidently say they're my favorite Faction in Project Moon's works apart from the Sephirah of Lobotomy Corporation.
To me, Canto IX is a story about "love" & "family", and how those concepts can differ depending on the person & their beliefs. Ryoshu, Araya, as well as each of the Nursefathers & their Apprentices are all defined by their own beliefs on what love & family should look like, and how it clashes with the idealogies of their respective Factions & idealogies of the City itself. There is loads of subtext to chew on within the Canto's story, and this makes the House of Spiders very fascinating to me.
This Shrine is still a massive work-in-progress, but for now the Homepage is set up!
